Candidate Profile : Develop and organize deployment of manpower accordingly to achieve production target as per production plan. Monitor and supervise all production machines under supervision to ensure smooth production. In liaison with maintenance department, develop pre-maintenance plan for all machines under supervision and ensure its execution. Bring production waste to Zero and damage to machines/molds to ZERO and produce defect free finished goods as per QA standards and line. Production loss, time loss due to lacking planning, unorganized or waste of resources should be avoided.
