Job Responsibilities :
 Strategic  Operational • For Procurement of A & B class Items o Study Purchase indent raised by project department. o Float Enquiries to Suppliers and obtain vendor offers. o Make technical and commercial comparison of vendor offers with help of Project Engineer. o Hold Techno-commercial negotiation with help from Project Manager & Engineer o Prepare detailed Purchase Order o Get approval of Project Engineer / Manager / Signing Authority o Issue PO to the vendor after approval • For Procurement of C class Items o Study Purchase indent by project department . o Float Enquiries to Suppliers and obtain vendor offers o Make technical and commercial comparison of vendor offers. o Hold Techno-commercial negotiation. o Prepare detailed Purchase Order o Get approval of Project Engineer / Manager / Signing Authority o Issue PO to the vendor after approval o Other o Preparation of List of Purchase orders o Checking of Supplier’s Delivery challan and invoices for C class items o Getting verification from site about quality and qty of items delivered o Making Amendment of orders for C class items. o Passing of Supplier’s invoices for C class items o Checking and getting Suppliers’ invoices passed by Project engineers for A& B class items o Verification of Purchase orders for Balanced qty every month
