Job Responsibilities :
• Responsible for Overlooking Super Stockiest appointment & handling in the Region. • Responsible for Overlooking Distributor appointment & handling in the Region. • Responsible for ASM/SO/SR appointment in his Region as per manpower plan. • Responsible for Target setting of the Team, SS & Distributors in his Region. • Ensure ASM working in market as per norms. • Ensure Beat working by SO/SR as per fixed beat plan to generate Secondary Sales. • Responsible for daily & monthly reporting of self & team Market working. • Achievement of Secondary Sales targets from Distributors on a monthly basis. • Achievement of Primary Sales targets from Super Stockiest on a monthly basis. • Ensure Product visibility /window displays & POS material implementation by team. • Ensure local on-ground promotional activities to generate consumer awareness. • Conduct market visits to check route coverage, Outlet execution & team coaching. • Regularly Guide, Coach & Motivate his team to deliver Sales targets. • Monitoring Team performance, analyzing sales data, forecasting & Reporting. • Tracking competitors’ activities and providing inputs for product enhancement. • Position will require travel and presence in the field minimum 4 days every week
Candidate Profile :
• Minimum MBA in Marketing. • 7 – 10 years work experience in FMCG & cosmetics field sales in the Region mentioned. • Should be currently working as an ASM or an RSM managing team under him. • Prior experience in personal care / cosmetics category is must. • Computer literate with complete familiarity in operating MS Office, Internet and Email. • Strong interpersonal skills & problem solving skills. • Good communication skills with ability to converse & negotiate effectively. • Should have Passion & ability to establish new business in his area. • Punctuality, honesty and transparency in way of operations and conduct
